Well, it's impossible to name just 10! I simply can't choose, so instead I'm going to share with you my 10 favourite cake pans.

Starting with this one that makes a cute cake shaped like a gigantic chocolate bar! This pan came with a magazine I bought and I never saw them selling anywhere, so I guess I was lucky! Isn't it cool?
I love my springform pans, I have beside these ones a few more normal round ones. I really like square cakes, they're much easier to cut. I like to make square cheesecakes or in heart shape as well. The round one is 5 inches (12.5 cm), so it's pretty good when I do half recipes. I've used it to do this Filbert cake. The ring mold is not technically a cake pan, but it was a present from a dear friend and it's the best thing to make mousse based cakes.
The first one is my newest pan, it's a half ball, that I've used to do this world cake for my cousin who's going to Australia! The moon and the shell make sweet looking cakes and the last one is a miniature tube pan, perfect to make 1/4 portions of recipes .

This is probably the strangest one of my huge collection. It's a tube pan to bake the cake on the stove top. This was my best friend when my oven was broken, I specially loved looking at the little window on top to see the cake rise! I don't use it anymore but I just love to have it!
So after the cakes are baked, the best thing to have is a CAKE LIFTER.

This is the GIVEAWAY part! I have 2 of these cake lifters that are a great help when decorating cakes. The holes are great for when pooring an icing over a cake and also double as a stencil when decorating with icing sugar or cocoa powder. And of course the little handle is very handy to transfer cakes to their serving plates.
I'll randomly pick 2 winners, so if you'd like to lift your cakes, just leave a comment until August 15th (next friday). Tell me what's your favourite cake pan!
And speaking of giveaways...
This is the great book I received from a Zen Chef's giveaway. Merci Zen! I've allready used it to make Roasted Bananas with Coconut Syrup to thank you, but since you never came I had to eat them all by myself. They were really good!

Also thank you Adam, Noor, Dawn and Shelby for the Brillante Weblog award! You are great! I'll pass it to 2 talented Spanish girls: Morgana and Cookemila!
Now don't forget to check next week to see if you won the Cake Lifter. Good Luck!
